Addicted: Aussie porn addicts watch porn ‘five hours a day’
That’s right; a huge number of us may spend up to 35 hours a week watching online sex videos. That’s almost as many hours as most 9-5 workers put in.
The addiction is having a crippling affect on personal lives and relationships, says Dr Phil Watts, who is a porn researcher and psychologist. He adds that the problem often gets worse over time, as porn can condition the brain to progressively seek out “harder” pornography.

Recently I found out my husband was secretly watching pornography, ‘for years’.., ‘and much less than five hours a day. Cut a very sad story short, my husband excessive porn use, nearly destroyed our 25 year marriage … I was as shocked as anyone. Meaning.. Surely porn viewing can’t change a person, a relationship? Tragically, it does! My husband (did) replace me with pornography, and his long term use of pornography DID change his behaviour. I.e. Verbally/emotionally abusive, secretive, deceitful, Objectifies women, etc., etc.. As his wife, all this totally broke me, emotionally and physically..

Wow! It’s a surprising result! Didn’t think the rate would be that high in porno viewers. Do people really resort to sex videos for pleasure or crippling personal relationships ?
