All our prices are in Australian Dollars, and include GST.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Registration: Cancellation fee is $100, deductible from your refund. Cancellation must be in writing and directed to the seminar secretariat, at least 21 days prior to scheduled seminar date. Refunds are not available if registration is cancelled less than 21 days prior to seminar date. If you wish to cancel or transfer your registration to another person, please notify the secretariat through [email protected]. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled at no fault of the customer, a credit or product of equivalent value will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law. Any registrations purchased at Event Special Rates excludes the right to any refunds, cancellations, and transfers of any kind. Cancellation of Books: Once payment has been processed no refunds or transfers of any kind will be available except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Liability: The organisers will make every effort to ensure that the event and the program will take place as advertised however the organisers do not take financial responsibility to changes or disruptions that may occur as result of events beyond their control. Important privacy information: Generation Next acknowledges and respects your privacy. The information you provide on this form is being collected for the purpose of processing your registration or inquiry. The provision of the information requested is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration or enquiry. We will use the information to keep you informed about your products, services, offers and upcoming events and to improve services to you. We will also provide information about you to the sponsors of and the exhibitors in the Exhibition for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing offers, which we think may be of interest to you. If you do not consent to this disclosure of information about you or if you do not want to receive information about other  Generation Next educational seminars please call us on 1300 797 794. You have a right to access the information that holds about you. Generation Next is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act. The Principles are designed to protect the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of individuals by regulating the way personal information is managed.

What information does Generation Next collect?

Generation Next may collect personal information about you through our interactions with you. By way of example,  Generation Next may collect information about individuals in the course of responding to product queries or orders. The personal information collected may vary depending on your particular interaction with Generation Next  but will be limited to that information necessary to record and manage our interaction with you (eg. your name, relevant contact details and relevant information).

Generation Next is committed to keeping your personal information secure. All reasonable precautions will be taken to protect information form loss, misuse or alteration. This information will be shared within the Generation Next. Except as described above we will not knowingly disclose any of this personal information to outside parties unless you have consented to the disclosure or we are required by law to do so. While we endeavour to keep information and materials on the Site, including those provided by you or on your behalf, secure and confidential, we will not be responsible for any breach of security caused by third parties and do not represent that the Site is completely secure. Generation Next has directed its staff that personal information must be dealt with in accordance with this Policy and kept secure from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Generation Next Shop

Physical items purchased on the Generation Next Shop are shipped via Australia Post Standard service within 5 business days. After postage you can expect your items to arrive within 2-5 business days.
