Dr Jan Orman MBBS MPsychMed is a Sydney GP with a special interest in mental health and a GP educator with Black Dog Institute, a mood disorders research institute in Sydney, Australia. She has an interest in the use of online resources to help people improve their mental health. Most recently she has led the e-Mental Health in Practice (eMHPrac) project team at the institute, designing and delivering education programs for GPs about the use of online mental health resources.
This chapter will help to steer you in the right direction when looking for e-mental health and wellbeing help for young people.
