Melissa Abu-Gazaleh is the 2016 New South Wales Young Australian of the Year and CEO of the Top Blokes Foundation, a boy’s mental health and wellbeing organisation that has delivered social education programs to over 10 000 young men across Australia.


This chapter will highlight what parents and educators can do to support young people to understand and cope with their own feelings of anger and reduce the display of aggression.
