Generation Next is proud to announce that we were one of just four finalists for ‘NGO of the Year’ at this year’s Prime Awards, recognising excellence in the field of health communications.

Competition was stiff, with MS Research Australia and the Movember Foundation Australia also vying for the prestigious award. In the end, it went to newcomers EndoAustralia for their outstanding work to drive awareness of endometriosis — a medical condition that has been overlooked to the detriment of sufferers for far too long.

It was an honour to have been among these finalists, and we congratulate them for also being recognised for the work they do.

We’d like to thank everyone who attends our events, clicks on our resources and shares our vision; through you we reach over a million young people each year. We are only nominated for awards like this one because of your tireless work to make use of our content in the pursuit of a better future for the generations to come. We would also like to thank our supporter Healthed who sponsored our attendance at this event and who’s ongoing support, financially and in kind, allow us to continue the work we do.
