This one day seminar is to be held in Brisbane at the Southbank Institute of Technology, on Friday 16th September.

Resilience is the ability to bounce back and thrive in the face of adversity. It serves to protect and foster mental health and wellbeing and facilitate personal growth.  

The aim of this event is to provide up-to-date and authoritative information from leading resilience experts. Through the use of lectures and workshops, speakers will share initiatives and strategies to facilitate understanding and awareness and empower participants with practical skills to address this crucial social issue.
